PALO SANTO PRODUCTS

HOW DO I USE PALO SANTO?

Our Palo Santo wood is optimised for use with our St Palo Wood Burner. It is a totally different experience to ‘smoking’ Palo Santo, much more pure and long lasting.

A tea light is placed inside the burner and lit, then you simply put your palo santo wood in the top and wait for it to slowly heat up, release its oils and diffuse them into your space.

DOES THE WOOD AND TEA LIGHT COME WITH THE BURNER?

These come separately. We sell Palo Santo of course and the tea lights are widely available online and in shops/supermarkets etc. Please ensure they are the metal cased ones and not plastic.

WHY CANT I SMELL ANYTHING?

If you are having trouble please follow these guidelines:

  • Place the burner either at your desk (if in a workplace) or in a room without open windows/doors etc. The lower down the surface, the more you will smell.

  • Start with a fresh piece of wood and a fresh unscented metal cased tea light..

  • Light the burner and allow enough time for the body to become hot to the touch.

If you have followed these steps and are experiencing issues still please contact info@stpalo.com

WHY HAS THE CHIMNEY IN MY BURNER GONE BLACK?

This is a build up of soot which is usually a result of the wrong type or size of candle being used.

CAN I PUT ANYTHING ELSE IN THE BURNER?

We advise that it should only be used with Palo Santo wood.

CAN I USE MY OWN PALO SANTO WITH THE BURNER?

You are welcome to use your own wood, please note ours is optimised to fit and other sources often vary in shape.
