HOW CAN I MAKE SURE I’M USING ESSENTIAL OILS SAFELY?

When you purchase your oils make sure you are buying 100% pure essential oil, organic where possible and from a reputable source or supplier. If you’re planning to apply the oils topically, always use a carrier oil such as jojoba or sweet almond oil, a mild coconut oil works well too. Essential oils are very potent and should not be applied directly onto skin in their pure form. Many essential oils are toxic just like plants, and shouldn’t be ingested unless instructed by your healthcare professional.

WHY DO YOU RECOMMEND USING A DIFFUSER FOR ESSENTIAL OILS?

I like to diffuse oils. It’s a gentle and effective method of using aromatherapy and you can chop and change what you use throughout the day.
