Returns

All UK orders are eligible for refund or exchange if returned within 14 days of purchase. The product needs to be unused and returned in original packaging.

If you are experiencing issues with a product that isn’t easily photographed, we ask that you send it to the studio for testing. If we find fault we will replace the product immediately for you and refund your original order postage fee*.

If a parcel is declared lost in transit we will immediately offer a refund or to replace your order. We are unable to refund or cancel orders while still in transit.

*We cannot cover the return postage for shipments outside of the UK
